The Society for the Interpretation of the Talmud undertakes that the purchase order information and details of the buyer on the site will be used to perform the operation for internal use only and The Society for the Interpretation of the Talmud will not disclose them to any external body or entity. Although The Society for the Interpretation of the Talmud will do everything it can to maintain the confidentiality of client's information delivered to it, it is agreed that if information is given to a third party due to failure or circumstances beyond the control of the Association, the Association shall not be responsible for that act.
Miscellaneous
The data, the transactions and logs of The Society for the Interpretation of the Talmud computers, processing the purchases of all actions on the site, will be evidence of the correctness stated by it.
If there is an error in the description, the price, the picture or any information or other description of it, or if a mistake evident in the data received from the customer, The Society for the Interpretation of the Talmud has the right not accept the particular order, nor shall it carry any responsibility.
Information entered by the customers to the site will be used in part to send them e-mails about special promotions or updates to the site. Users who have no interest in receiving such mail, will request to remove his name from the Society's database.
Any information or view that appear on the site, including graphics, design, verbal presentations, trademarks, logos, icons as well as their preparation and presentation, are exclusively owned by The Society for the Interpretation of the Talmud and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used in any other way, unless agreed to in advance and in writing by the Society.
Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute regarding the Site or regarding actions performed in it, are subject to the official courts in Jerusalem alone.
At any time the owners of the site have the right to change its rules on their own discretion.
