Orders and Refunds

ORDERS
The books will be sent to the customer via Israel Post.
The payment for the shipment will be made together with the credit card payment for the books It will not be possible to cancel the shipment costs for any reason.
Upon request, you can collect the books in the Jerusalem area.
The Society will not be responsible for non-delivery and any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond his control, including strikes and natural disasters.
The Society will act according to the Israel Postal regulations regarding packets that are undeliverable.
If the shipment is returned by Israel Post, with a message as mentioned on the Israel Post Web site, the Association will attempt to notify the customer of the problem and in any case of re-delivery the customer will be re-charged.

RETURN OF BOOKS AND REFUND
The Society will substitute books subject to these conditions:
The books were returned to The Society within 14 days of delivery to the customer.
The books were returned in the original packaging and not used.
The books were sent to The Society via Israel Post, or the Postal service of the buyer's country, or hand delivered to an official representative of The Society.
Full name and address of the customer as recorded during the original purchase, were attached to the replacement request.
The price of the replacement or refund, will be the price actually paid by the buyer.
